Cancellations made before 20th March 2018 - 10% of invoice total
Cancellations made between 20th March – 21st April 2018 - 50% of invoice total
Cancellations made after 21st April 2018 100% of invoice
You may send a substitute delegate at any time however all cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Sarah Arnold by emailing email@example.com
Full payment for registration must be paid by credit card before the conference. We accept most major credit cards.
You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible conference cancellation or postponement. In any event, Crain Communications Ltd will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages, etc...
